Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
We aim to ship all products same day, or next day depending on the time the order was received. We also charge a flat rate for shipping, though we know not all orders cost the same to ship. As such, some orders you may see a different final charge posted to your account when we adjust the shipping cost for large disparities.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of sealed product in TCG's, we do not offer returns. If something is damaged or not as described, please reach out to us and we'll do our best to fix the issues.
Cancellations can be made prior to shipping, but will be assessed a 5% fee to cover payment processing fees charged by the merchant at the time of purchase and will be deducted from the refunded amount.
